The books I ordered were not delivered. Wordery will not confirm where they were delivered too and wont refund the cost of the books

I have only given 1 star because a star is required. I ordered 12 books on the 4th of September, It is now the 9th of November (still no goodies). 5-16 days delivery quoted. When I contacted WORDERY regarding my order I was expected to trace my order not WORDERY. This is my 1st time to order from WORDERY and possibly my last. Forget about customer service !!

I am extremely disappointed. I didn’t receive the book I paid for in over 2 months, your customer service is ignoring me and it is the first and last time that I bought anything from this site. I want my book or my money back!!!

I ordered three books in three different occasions and I only received one, the other two the delivery company simply returned the packet claiming that the address was incorrect and making no attempts to contact me.

It has been two months and i have not received what i ordered yet. Upon contact in May, i was told the order could have been lost and it would be re-sent but almost 20 days afterwards i have not received yet

Your service is a disaster. Over a month for delivery to Malta! Also, you should add Messenger in how people contact you underneath.

Send item back as it was a mistake ,been in touch from the beginning,some mistake on website on the day ,took many without permission as said ,it said you didn't even have item I wanted ,so please as you said just give me back the money already taken .Don't know what happened but needs to be put right ,I can only press low numbers as I don't know what you will do about this ,post send it back Tuesday pm

Delivery took much longer than the estimation and the book ordered was delivered damaged which was dissappointing as it was meant as a gift and I was unable to return it due to it arriving just a day before the event.

They have not replaced the book I bought. It arrived with pages wrongly attached to the spine and lose pages. I am still waiting to hear from them.

I ordered on March 6, and the order has still not arrived. It’s been more than 6 weeks. I also have not received any updates on the status of the order. I’ll not be able to give a good review or order from Wordery again.

I could have bought the same item for the same price on eBay, and I would have received it within 36 hours. I waited almost three weeks for my purchase from Wordery and even had time to contract and recover from covid before I had even a sniff of a delivery date - and I had to register an issue to even get that because there is zero communication between customer and customer service!

Edition received was in Spanish which was of no use to me, therefore this is being returned. I've had books from wordery in the past and everything has been ok, so this won't prevent me from using wordery, I was just disappointed not to receive what I was expecting.
