After receiving the book Be Here Now, where the whole content which was printed on what seemed more like tissue paper, along with the over all presentation being of poor quality, I’ve found that the seller elusive and returning the book is proving to be difficult. After being given a so called tracking number with the courier Ups it leads to nowhere and now after posting they won’t reply to my emails querying whether or not the return has been received . Absolutely disgraceful

Still have not received the item. Waiting two months for delivery is ridiculous. I will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone.

I returned the book as I could not read it. The typeface was very feint & the pages shiny, a poor combination, but not Wordery's fault. Returned immediately, with delivery note, in original packaging, & delivered to your returns office on 02/02/2023. I have not received an acknowledgment or news of a refund. I think this is very poor service & would hesitate to buy from Wordery again.

I have been trying to return my order since it’s arrival. It came in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. I have been emailing and phoning and even posted the item back. This was then returned to me. I cannot use the item that arrived, which was nearly £80 and cannot afford to spend such a large amount of money on something I cannot use. Very poor customer service. No one gets back to you. Please help! Or DO NOT USE.

I bought a set of 3 books. Arrived well packaged and quickly. However, one book was damaged. I notified them and am still awaiting a response some 3 weeks later.

I ordered the wrong book and sent a message to explore options of return and getting the correct book before it was dispatched All I got is the conditions of returns and how it should be in original packaging- no advice or help whatsoever. I had also asked about the return address which I had to chase up. Again all I got is the same conditions of return. There was no reference whatsoever about getting the book that I wanted. It seems the staff are already to send threatening responses rather than help people out. Sorry rubbish customer service.

Need a return label to return wrong order. Need shipping label mailed to me. 785 S. Alton Way #1A Denver, CO 80247. Susan Walsh I was supposed to receive the page A Day cat calendar with the plastic holder but received a small square pull off calendar with no plastic holder.

You sent me my copy of Imperium by ChrIstIan Kracht after a long wait in German when I was expecting the English version. I was not asked if I wanted a German version when I ordered it. I would have expected the English version unless otherwise specified or at least that the languages options would be clear. There was no provision for a free return as most companies offer so I had to pay to send it back. I assume I will be repaid promptly. Please let me know your company’s policy on these points. How could I have made sure to get the book in English? Linda Lamont

I ordered a copy of 'Remarkable Meetings with Manuscripts' on the 10th December 2022 as a Christmas present... AND IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED!!! IT IS NOW 13th JANUARY 2023 Where is it??? Do Wordery actually exist???

There is no point in having free delivery when you don't use a reliable company to deliver the item(s). I have yet to recieve my item. You dispached the item on the 29th Dec 2022 with an estimated arrival date of the 6th of Jan 2023. It is now the 12th of Jan. Had you used Royal mail I would have the item now. Even with the strikes, the mail is moving.
