I made two purchases recently. One went well, the other did not. The first purchase arrived within a few days of the order. However, the second purchase arrived well after the money had been taken from my bank account. You need to make it clearer to customers that not all items are in stock and some need to be obtained from suppliers. In such cases, you need to change your policy and not take the money from the customer's account until the item is actually dispatched.

Disappointing. Was expecting delivery within 4 working days. Did not come until later. Worse still, absolutely NO one told me when it was to be delivered - only notice "that they had it". Really bad service. Why not trust Royal Mail as usual? Dependable. Whilstl used Evril or someone. Dreadful. These people new name for Hermes, which have an appalling reputation here. You need to look into this urgently.

Whilst range of product is good with competitive pricing, delivery time was some 10 days which in current times is just far too long.

Very poor delivery time not fault of Royal mail who cannot deliver a parcel/letter they have not received.

Your customer service has begin to lack in recent years, you use to be my go-to online bookstore because you quick and cared. Waited forever for this book for it to turn up a month late and rather rough looking. A shame.

I ordered the book about 10 days before I needed it for a presentation at church. When I received notification that it had been dispatched , I was told that it would be delivered within the next 5 days. Sadly it was at the wrong end of the 5 days as it was 2 days after I needed it ............................ the information /story was extracted from a recording on the internet.

This isn’t about the book. It’s the delivery. I ordered on the 7/9/22 and it’s still not arrived 21/922.

My purchases were a gift, two books chosen carefully to complement each other, so my disappointment stems entirely from the fact that the intended "set" of two books was instead packaged separately and they arrived days apart. I would of course have preferred them to be sent as one gift but indicating this preference was never an option when purchasing. I understand that each book was sent out individually the moment they became available but in this case, the better thing to do would have been to wait until both items were ready for dispatch so they could arrive together.

the disturbing thing was that the delivery was not as first indicated, and led to having to enquire further about what was happening. I presume my niece liked her books otherwise

I ordered a Monet A5 note book but that could not be delivered, so I ordered an alternative A5 note book but the quality of binding for this note book was not of good quality. I was surprised that I had to pay for the cost of the postage for returning this item, which cost over £2. This experience has put me off of ordering from Wordery again. Julie Heath

Like to use Wordery as ordering is easy, but although I chose the free delivery it took nearly two weeks to arrive. If I had paid for the next day or other option, there would have suppliers.

Paid for next day delivery but it was not clear enough that ordering on a Sunday will mean next day is not possible. I was then refused a refund for the premium postal service

I ordered my book but when I was writing my address the Netherlands got added at the end. I tried to eliminate that country but could not do. The shipment got lost. I may get it by Christmas.

Paid over the odds to ensure sore dry delivery but this time promise was not met. This caused us issues for GCSE exam days where the books were required.

Disappointed on this occasion. The delivery dates stated on the website (prior to ordering) were incorrect, which meant this item arrived long after it was needed.

Item was dispatched fairly quickly but arrived with marks and slight creases in the cover where it had been stuffed into a card envelope. More care taken in packing would have prevented this. Would be very unlikely to use again!
