“Good prices and fairly swift delivery. One recurring issue however, is the packaging of hardcover books. Several times there has been minor (sometimes slightly more than minor) cosmetic damage due to no cushioning of the item. Instead the hardcover sits flush to the thin cardboard and takes the brunt of any damage. If there was a small layer of bubble wrap then this would be avoided.”
