“Prices are pretty cheap and the staff is friendly, but you never know where your order is. My order was a day away from being sent back because of my country's bad shipping company. You should give a tracking number with the customer's orders because what is the point of having one if you don't even know it?”

“Not much you can say if you didn't have a bad experience, what I will say is something that I am disappointed with is and that is the fact that you are unable to set an alert for when the next book becomes available (i have checked with the staff and it's not a facility currently available). That however is nothing to do with the service of the company”
