“Some nasty happened to the delivery process, and after a month or so after it was definitely available my book was still not sent to me. So I queried it, and after another couple of weeks the book was sent. Annoying the book was advertised at a cheaper price than I paid by the time I queried it. I did think it would have been quicker and cheaper to cancel the original order and re-order it at the lower price. Very annoyingly I had a very similar problem with another Wordery shipment a year ago.”
