“Opinion on what exactly? On a book that was never delivered? I bought a book on April 21, 2020 today is June 7, 2020 and I have still not received any book. You guys messed up my pathophysiology course this term cause I kept waiting for the book to come and couldn't order another one and till date nothing! My pathophysiology exams starts on Wednesday June 10, 2020 and I have no text book to use for exam preparation. The link you sent to track the book shows its been delivered and I'm wondering to whom exactly? you guys made me wait for so long for nothing! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WASTING MY TIME”

“This is the second book I have received from you; like the first book it arrived on time and neatly packaged. However I found the book damaged on one of the bottom corners and the plastic protective covering on the back is peeling off. As the book is new I am disappointed.”
