“Recently ordered two books to be sent to family as gifts. Books arrived in good condition and were well received by the recipients. Only issue was that one arrived within a couple of days and the other took 2 weeks! However, Wordery did rapidly respond to my complaint about delay in delivery so from a customer service viewpoint all was good.”

“Great books sold at great prices, and dispatched quickly, what's not to like?! Well actually there is one thing - the new cardboard mailers Wordery use are poor - my recent purchase was flopping around inside the mailer (hence the good rather than very good rating), a recipe for a purchased item arriving damaged given the punishment dished out on parcels by delivery firms. Fortunately this time the book inside was ok, but maybe I won't be so lucky next time. Please, Wordery, use a better mailer!”

“Very easy to order, quick to come, excellent condition, in fact would be 5 stars except something that you cannot be expected to answer ! I wanted to identify herbs by their leaves, plant shape etc. and to have clear photos or drawings, all the books seemed to assume I knew the herb and just described uses etc.”
