“While most reviews talk about the quick delivery and over all great service, I can offer a different insight. Unfortunately my package did not arrive in the time it was said to come. After realising this, I emailed at almost midnight on a Saturday. Within a few seconds I had received an automated response, not like any I'd ever seen before. It was helpful and polite. It gave me the option between a replacement or a refund. After emailing back, the first business day hereafter I received an email from an employee with a, once again very polite, employee. While my item was no longer in stock, the customer service deserves every star I can give them. Will definitely order again if I need anything else.”
