“I ordered a book that I thought was a hardback but after reviewing the confirmation email I realised it was actually a softcover. I immediately raised a request to cancel the order but was told it was already too late. The book was not dispatched for several days and on receiving I immediately arranged to return. I haven't received any confirmation that the returned book was received yet or any details of a refund.”
