“The book was an Easter present which arrived late, understandably under the current circumstances. However as it was no longer needed I had to return it and ended up paying quite a lot of postage . Would prefer to see a better returns policy as this does now put me off buying from Wordery.”

“I ordered a book about WhatsApp. You sent me one about iPhones for Dummies. I don't have an iPhone and there is no mention of WhatsApp inthe book. I have it all ready to return to you, but owing to the lockdowm, I am unable at the moment to get out to post it back to you. My review on Wordery depends on whether you are able to send a different book which I have ordered.”
