“The 3 books I ordered arrived but they were split into 3 parcels which arrived on 3 different days, the last one 11 days after order. Also, I would prefer you to use Royal Mail for delivery, because if firms like yours don't use them then the universal postal service will soon fold.”

“Single order (of 4 items) delivered as 4 separate deliveries over about a week - not very efficient, but acceptable. Same order (of 4 items) notified in 3 separate emails (so that 1 email indicated a single delivery of 2 items) - this is bad, because I was left wondering whether I had been incorrectly notified, or whether 1 item had gone missing, or whether it had been incorrectly packed. However, all the books arrived eventually, no the result is acceptable.”
