“The ordering of my moleskine diaries was straightforward. There are few stockists for this format and your price was very good But I think you were let down by your delivery service. There was a long delay and wasn’t kept informed. I really do not like Hermès - I think they are an appalling company and I have been caught by their extremely expensive premium phone service in the past. Please get a new partnet”
