“If I'd known you use Hermes to deliver your books I wouldn't have ordered I'm afraid. Didn't you use to use Royal Mail? I realise they charge more but their delivery times are quick and accurate. Hermes sent an email at 10.15am to say they'll deliver between 9..30 & 11.30am on two occasions. Sorry, won't order from you again. Ordered on 30th July and not received until today.”
