“Excellent experience, I found the UI is good looking uncomplicated and easy to use. I was expecting things to be more expensive than Amazon but the book I was looking for was actually cheaper through you. Resist the temptation to mess up a simple UI in the name of refreshing it and to turn into a general tat bazaar like Amazon did. And don't let them but you out, like they did to so many other promising competitors Keep up the good work!”

“Charged customs fee of 17eur before delivery to Belgium. Makes a mockery of the free postage. According to bpost the charge is due to incorrect customs labelling by wordery. Please resolve.”
