“Delivery and correspondence was fine. The book actually had 10 or so pages which hadn’t been separated (as in they were stuck together on both sides and not cut at manufacturing). Had to cut them myself”

“I am normally really pleased with the quality of the books that I receive. However on this occasion a number of the books that were delivered either had bubbles under the film on the book cover, or broken corners where it looks as though the book had been dropped.”

“I bought a photography book as I had previously purchased one and found it to be a brilliant book full of interesting photos. So I thought I would buy another, however I was very disappointed with it; the front cover had a lovely photo but the inside was completely different! As it was from National Geographic (like the previous book) I assumed the photos inside would be worth looking at, but they really weren’t!!! The title page was very deceiving and very different to the photos inside which were, to my mind, boring.”
