“I purchased a book by a French author, Marcel Pagnol, not a modern writer, he died in 1974. Not only did Wordery have the book I wanted, but had all his books in stock. I live in the Channel Islands and received my book within a couple of weeks, far quicker than another global supplier. I will certainly be using this company again and would highly recommend them.”

“Disappointing. Was expecting delivery within 4 working days. Did not come until later. Worse still, absolutely NO one told me when it was to be delivered - only notice "that they had it". Really bad service. Why not trust Royal Mail as usual? Dependable. Whilstl used Evril or someone. Dreadful. These people new name for Hermes, which have an appalling reputation here. You need to look into this urgently.”
