"Absolutely horrible company..Arrived with burn-like stains and when I raised the problem with the company they kept kicking the can down the road in the most patronising of ways. I would steer way clear from this bunch. Your money is spent way better elsewhere."

"Ordered two prime Oak pre-oiled worktops, found poor quality wood filled with wood filler, pre-oiled worktops were not oiled and got water stains immediately after installation. Customer service don't resolve issue or compensate. Definitely not a place to buy worktops, avoid."

"Be careful with this companys terms for damaged items\r\n\r\nBe careful with this company. We had a chipped worktop supplied by them. We left it in the original packaging stored safely in a room with no contact while waiting for the kitchen fitter to finish his next job. A couple of weeks passed and when the fitter unwrapped the worktop he discovered the large chip in the front. We contacted them and were told because we didn't unwrap and check it within 24 hours that they were not liable. The worktop is super durable and looks like was dropped on edge of lorry or similar during transportation. Be wary of them adding small print into emails (which is not legally binding) to try to distance themselves from any liability. I would not recommend this company due to this dishonest attitude."

"Inferior worktops ,not fit for purpose,unti blown in 8 weeks on outer edge thats supposedly is sealed in manufacturing,company pass the blame, so warranty is pointles as they will wriggle out any way they can,as the saying goes buy cheap buy twice,lesson learnt."
