“At first I was unhappy because the sweat shirt I had ordered was massively oversized and if I changed it I would miss the date for the birthday present it was intended for. However, customer services were really helpful, explaining that I'd ordered from a unisex range, directed me to the female range and got the correctly sized garment sent to me direct from the factory so it would be in time. Service!”
