“Very helpful, friendly service. The order was delivered promptly and the polo shirts were of good quality material and have worn very well. We are on our second order with Workwear Express and will definitely be using them in the future.”

“Artwork proof was good, embroidery on garments sent was poor, characters were not aligned, text was twisted. I made contact with web@WWE and explained my concern. I was offered a collection. Collected 20th Sept. I contacted on 26th Sept to find out if the garments had been received, and received a return note almost by return. 29th Sept a credit note was sent. No explanation. No discussion. I still don't know if you agree that the embroidery was faulty. I had to email again to see what would happen next and I was offered a replacement or refund. It took from 13th Sept to the 11th Oct to get the refund. I won't be buying from Workwear express again.”

“Customer service was brilliant! I had an issue and they sorted it quickly and with precision. The quality of the prints and clothing is exceptional for the price. I would highly recomend this company. I will be using this company for our bulk buys everytime.”

“Lovely clothes of great quality. Ordering is easy and once the logo is set up, it is easy to order other clothes with the same logo. Sizing has been a bit of an issue, but staff are very helpful. I have already recommended you to friends.”

“I would give a 0 if it was possible. This has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with and do not recommend them to anyone. Wrong order was dispatched to me and has taken over 4 weeks being passed from person to person in the office to try and sort out their mess which still has yet to be resolved. Was given a partial refund as they forgot to refund their design logo work. Do not use”

“I wasnt very pleased with my service. Initially i didnt receive a comfirmation email, i had to keep chasing my proof and when it did come through i genuinely didnt know if i should laugh or cry! It was horrendous and i dont know how it was allowed to be sent. Even when i phoned customer services multiple staff had a similar reaction to me when they saw it and said how bad it was. I had to keep chasing the updated proof and it took a while. I was pleased with the final embroidered logo but not sure why it couldnt have been produced in the first place! I ordered before i was going away and had left plenty of time to get them before i went but it was just a bit of a nightmare to sort!”

“Just sad that in this our first and probably last purchase of branded clothing for our farm the sizing was so odd. The gilets are all too large and just don’t fit properly despite getting the right size for normal clothing”
