“Found the ordering process ok but the payment didnt go through so ordered again as advised however l received 2 items instead of 1 and of course paid twice. The item purchased was 5 star and am pleased with it. But now lve got the expense of returning one.”

“A good response to my order, despatched promptly and received in good time. The only thing that let them down is the state of the packaging. My order was squashed and torn and most of the internal packets had been squashed open spilling the contents.”

“Really quick delivery and communication clear on when to expect the item. The table itself is light and not as sturdy as I thought it would be. I would of liked it to have been a bit heavier as it tips over”

“The service was ok, delivered in a reasonable time and the price was good. The main thing that let Wow Camping down was that the coat was really, really creased and I had to try and iron it it was that bad. Which is hard to do on a waterproof coat without melting it!!”

“Delivery service was good, however product is not. Water bottle that was ordered has all sharp bits of metal where you would drink from and is therefore not useable.”

“The product arrived in 7 days even tough I paid extra for 4-5 when the package arrived 4 of the gas cans were dented in on the side. I contacted them for assistance on the matter and still to this day have not received a response all in all I will not be ordering with you again and the customer care is awful”

“Received my order quickly, well packed but missing the bracket to hold the fire extinguisher to the wall. I have sent an e-mail on their system to this effect, up to now no response, that is why they have only gotten 3 stars!.”
