“Original delivery lost by Hermes, eventual replacement delivered by Hermes but arrived damaged. Long delay and many messages to confirm non delivery but WOW kindly agreed replacement.”

“Website wasn’t clear about the product, a couple of emails didn’t help but finally a phone call allowed me to get the info I needed. Good product, polite on phone but website could be better as could email replies.”

“Wow Camping themselves were fine but very disappointed with the carrier they use - Hermes, my parcel got lost at the depot for a week and so arrived 6 days after it was supposed to - maybe Wow Camping should look into using a more reliable carrier”

“Your service was very good but unfortunately the chair will not open up so I have parcelled it up ready to return. Intend to ring you tomorrow to request collection by a courier. Hope you can send me another chair in exchange for this faulty one.”

“Website easy to use and I recieved notification that the tent had been dispatched. I had said leave with a neighbour if not in and it was left in a shed. Luckily we get on well with the local farmer who found it in his shed who advised me he had a large package.... there was absolutely no communication from the deliver company or wow camping to say item had been delivered and no cards to say where it had been left. I cannot comment on whether it was delivered on time as we do not know when it arrived... likewise I do not know how it was delivered. The box was badly damaged and looked like it had been repacked somewhere along the line as it had "fragile" tape all over it. The plastic binding tape had been used to drag the box around and had sawn right throough the box to the plastic around the tent itself”

“The Kampa beach chairs are very good but the delivery company Hermes were poor. Delivered to the wrong address 2 streets away from where it should have been. Luckily the home owners at the wrong address brought the chairs round to where they should have been.”

“The service from WOW was very good. However when I saw their "Squirrel Proof Bird Feeders" advertised. I contacted WOW and asked if the fittings were metal, as I have had experience of the destructiveness of Squirrels. I was informed THAT THEY WERE METAL, but when I received the three I ordered i noticed that the feeding collars, which control the seed flow were in fact plastic. We started using them last week and the squirrels have already had their heads through the outer mesh and ripped the plastic collars. I would probably not have bought these with that type of collar had I known prior to ordering! Ian G Johnson C.Eng MRINA”
