“I didn’t order early enough to qualify for next day delivery but spent over £75 pound, which did, I thought I might of got it ASAP but had to wait for standard delivery, no big deal as it happens, I got a good deal with no issues so no problem”

“Placing an order was easy enough but when I had a query, it was impossible to contact you by phone, despite trying several times. Also, please consider including all relevant tracking details on your confirmation email as it gives no indication of the carrier you use, nor the tracking or assignment number.”

“2 minutes ago I got my order well packed and very soon after placing my order. Why 3 stars ! Well because of the courier . Despite asking him to few seconds to get the door , he gave to my neighbor and when i opened , spoke to the courier, he rudely told me to get it from my neighbour. Myherms is not the best to choose by sellers if they dont want to ruine the company's good work and affect the customer experience negatively.”

“I ordered a swimsuit and received an email advising the item had been dispatched a couple of weeks later I received another email saying they were unable to complete the order and I received a refund. Very disappointed this order was cancelled despite being informed the item was on it's way. Gave 3 stars only because I received a quick refund”
