“This is the second coat I have bought and once again I am having trouble with the zip. It only seems to happen on coats I buy from you as my other Regatta are fine.”

“The stools were not fit for purpose I needed them for,which was to keep in the car and take them when my husband and I went walking, he has to sit every so often and I thought these would be portable enough, which they are, but far too low and small, they are suitable only for children and are now in the possession of my grandkids, so not all bad for the price, I suppose you get what you pay for”

“Ordered 2 double air beds for daughter’s birthday sleepover. One bed was fine the other went flat straight away after being blown up. So I inflated it again and same thing happened again so very frustrating as I didn’t try them out first as they were brand new.”

“Ordered 2 regetta jumpers one of the styles I had already bought direct from regetta which I loved. On arrival a quick check, correct size and colour, great price, I was very happy however a few days later I put the one on and the overall fit was fine but the neck line was huge! Looks ridiculous I cant wear it anywhere, I then tried the other jumper on, neckline fine but one sleeve a good 3 inches longer than the other. I suspect these were returns that wow camping bought up cheap but they should have checked reasons or at least looked at them. Wont use wow camping again. Delivery etc was nice and quick though!”

“The order process was very easy and the item delivered quickly. Where wow falls short is on the very out dated way it makes it’s customers pay to return goods. I brought boots for my husband for Xmas which unfortunately do not fit so they need to be returned. However not only did I have to pay for postage for delivery I now have to pay again for return. I feel in this day and age where distance selling is now the common occurrence this is very poor service and as such will make me reconsider using this website again.”

“Bought a Regatta Toploft jacket described on-site as "water repellent". It probably is one of the warmest jackets I've owned but, after being out in what the weather report classed as 'showers' for half an hour, I can definitely say it isn't! Fast delivery by Hermes and straightforward ordering through Wow Camping though.”
