“Order #100015153 I have placed an order on 24 May 2016. It has still not arrived. I have tried to contact your courier Hermes but couldn't give me any information about my parcel. I have tried to call you (yesterday 31st May and today 1st June) but apparently you are not available to answer any call at the moment!!?? Where is my parcel???? Tracking no. 8865598504706887”

Hey Franco, I'm so sorry to hear about the delay in your order. I checked that tracking number and looks like Hermes had difficulty delivering your items to you, as they attempted to do it 3 time. I'm glad that you finally got it the third time. We have fixed our phone system and it's now up and working. Let me know if you have further concerns. Cheers, Glenda

“The product was good however I had numerous problems with the delivery which incidentally hasn't been solved which resulted in being £10 worse off and I shall not be ordering anything else from this company again !”
