“I purchased 2 Tick Talk products for my twin boys. Since then they have yet been able to use them as intended. On purchasing I was reassured that the watches would work in the uk. However the most important part, the time telling is not active due to GMT. I have contacted them several times however I not once had a response. I have spent £200 on device that are not fully functional. I am loosing the will to live as this company clearly has no idea about customer services or care!!! They only earned the 1star rating due to delivery!!!!”

“THIS IS MY FIFTH ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU IN THREE MONTHS YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE YOUR PHONE LINES AND LIVE CHATS ARE UNATTENDED YOUR SUPPORT PAGE MESSAGES ARE NEVER RESPONDED TO WITHIN 2 HOURS YOUR OWN WORDS ----- Returns & Refunds It’s broken! I don’t like it! If you’ve got a problem with something you bought from us, don’t worry. We’ll help you however we can. At Wowzr! it’s our goal to make you say "Wow! ----- three months THREE F!!K!NG MONTHS I left a review on your site that probably had to be verified for it to become public. It's now public. That's means that someone saw it, read it, verified it AND STILL NO CONTACT wow”

“I've contacted Wowzr three separate times via their website support page and email regarding a defective product and have been ignored every time. As seems to be the case with almost EVERY negative review, this company seems to be making an active effort to avoid taking responsibility for their defective products, and even if you've held one of their functional boomboxes in your hand you know this thing was manufactured to fail. I refuse to let something this insignificant drag on for a THIRD MONTH. Respond to me within ONE week and have it resolved in THREE or I take all proof of my attempts at polite dialogue to the ombudsman.”

“I should've been wary from the start - orders over £40 were advertised as Free p&p but I was charged and they did nothing about it when contacted. I returned my items but I had to chase them up for a refund - eventually got it after 4 weeks. Certainly wouldn't recommend their customer service!”

“BROKEN BOOMBOX. Promised a replacement which has failed to arrive nearly a month later. No response to enquiries, no refund - nothing . Just complete silence! Shockingly bad customer service and they STILL have my money!!”

“Appalling customer service from their so called "happiness engineers". You get an automated email telling you they will be in touch then never respond to you. Ordered an item - they were out of stock. Sent replacement which was exactly the same as what I had ordered. Rubbish company. Will never use them again.”

“Terrible sound quality. Didn't actually play on many mediums. You have to hold the product at all times. So even as a gimmic buy, it doesn't tick any boxes. Pity, as I bought three as Christmas gifts”
