“Still haven’t received my parcel”

“I bought 4 of the boom box vibration speakers for my grand kids for Christmas ... I took one out of the box to test it out. Total failure and nothing like the film clip. I have had to buy some different presents as I don't want to disappoint the kiddies on the big day. Two thumbs down, I'm afraid.”

“I ordered the boombox V3 , opened to have a look before i wrapped it up as a christmas present, took the lid off the top, tried to unwind it to see how long the cord was but it didnt come out at all, the cord was only about a cm long, when i put the lid back on the cord snapped, you cant see a cord at all now. Not happy with this product. I have rang and left a message, and emailed, and got the generic email about happiness engineers, but thats it”

“i received several emails you will get in touch when i didnt ask it. when i asked to get in touch, you didnt. the status of my order is unclear. it should've been sent some time ago but i didnt receive a shipping confirmation nor is it ckear from the order details on the website whether the order was sent.”

“The idea is great but because the sides are so floppy The lids will not shut. Also because they collapse the do not protect your food inside. The valve allows air to escape then they collapse in on themselves ( and the contents) and you have to open it again to decompress it. Needs a return to the drawing board with rigid stiffeners at the corners to allow it to keep its shape and better lids with no valve.”
