“A total fucking joke. I placed my order 22 days ago. I was told I'd receive it between 3-10 days. I've tried to contact you twice with no response. An absolute joke of a company. I'll be looking for a full refund 😡”

“Still have not received my package. It was shipped on Dec. 5th. And there is “no tracking number available” I was told...even when I selected Premium Tracked shipping while ordering”

“Reference order number 100043533. Poor, almost non-existent customer services...generic email responses from "happiness engineers" that only serve to infuriate. Countless voice mails left and ZERO call backs. Appalling way to treat customers...will certainly not be buying from again!”

“I still haven't received my package. I got a shipment notification on Dec 12th and nothing since. When I check the tracker is says "ready to ship". I emailed yesterday and no response since.”

“I did not receive my item, happiness engineers take days to respond to emails! I marked the email urgent last week and am still waiting a response. Pacel suposedly left in porch by hermes, i dont have a porch and no item delivered. Extremely poor response to my complaint and request for xmas delivery and re issue of item.”

“Package didn't arrive in the 3-4 days estimate. After a week, I called, and operative said 'I'll look into it and call you back if I can find anything out'. I had to push to get her to acknowledge that a call back was essential and to give me a timeframe. After several minutes on the phone, she acknowledged that there was no guarantee the items would get to me before Christmas. I cancelled the order and am now waiting for the refund. We shall see. But obviously disappointed that the presents ordered for my nephew and nieces have had to be changed at the last minute to vouchers in order to get in the post in time. All in all, rubbish and will not be using wowzr again, nor would I recommend it. Quite the opposite, in fact.”
