“After ordering items as Christmas gifts, I was astounded to receive an email stating that “there would be a delay in delivery”!! This was the first time that I have shopped with Wowzr and it will definitely be the last as they cannot be trusted!!!”

“I bought 3 of them. Received them in a short time which was good but the first one I opened didn't work. The other two did work but was no louder than my phone. It did not give greater volume. The equipment itself is really poor quality. I bought them as gifts for my grandchildren but there is no way I can give this to them - it's that bad. I'm going to ask for a refund. I hope that is going to be a better experience.”

“Items order on 20th November 2017 and payment taken on 22nd November 2017 - after 6 contacts by 'on line' chat (the phone line is never answered!) I still haven't received my items and no-one can give me a reason!!! A little too long I would say. Never again.”
