Great product, shocking customer service. Do not answer the phone and have not returned my calls or dealt with my emails asking them to call me regarding regarding promised free products I have found the flat packs elsewhere and will not buy again from wowzr if they do not deal with my queries immediately. 12/10/17

To be honest , I'm in the process of sending it back , the sound quality of the boo box is really poor iv watched your video in case I was doing something wrong but I'm not

Excerpt from an email reply I gave to your customer service representative: "The problem has now been resolved, no thanks to your poor customer service, the poorest I've ever had the displeasure of being unable to contact through any medium. I believe the Hermes driver either made a mistake on his delivery and rectified it himself or registered the item as delivered hours before he actually delivered it directly to my door, (not the shed as he earlier claimed). Either way, I have the item, but I am unlikely to order anything from Wowzr in future and I will be giving negative reviews whenever and wherever the opportunity arises thanks to your abyssmal customer service."

I still have not received my goods. On trying to track them with the tracking number you gave me the carriage company says that number is incorrect and this makes me wonder if this whole process is a scam

Hi Felicity, Thank you for your message. Definitely not a scam and we have sent out email notifying all customers about the delay on shipping as we experienced random customs inspection. We advised you on email as well when you sent us a message. All goods have been dispatched since Monday and all of the customers have been receiving their orders. Your tracking number states your order has been placed so it's working perfectly fine. You advised us that you will be taking this up with your payment provider and it was already reversed on 12/09. We understand your frustration and we thank you for your patience. On your email, you only gave us 2 days to have your parcel delivered which is out of our control. And we were hoping for more of your understanding. However, since your payment reversed, you will no longer receive your parcel as this has already been cancelled and refunded to you. Again, thank you again for your message and we wish you all the best.

Unimpressed so far. Delivery says 2 to 4 days and after 8 days still not received. Sent e-mail requesting delivery - no response to my question. Telephoned number supplied "no one available to take the call"?? Very unprofessional. Thinking of cancelling the order if this is anything to go by.

Hi Tania, Thank you for your message. As mentioned in chat, we have experienced random customs inspection which is not very common and could take 5-7 business days. Our phone lines are open as I am receiving calls from customers for the rest of the day. We have a voicemail where you can leave a message and we will call you back. About the email, we are trying our best to respond to all email messages as much as we can. Your message has been sent 2 hours ago, please understand that we are starting to answer those who came in first and I'm sorry if you felt that you are not being prioritized. Hi Mark, Thank you for your message. I am so sorry for the delay, we have sent an email about the delay on deliveries as we are experiencing random customs inspection which will take 5-7 business days. And we can resume operations after. Again, I'm so sorry for the delay.

I bought 3 boombox vibration speakers as Christmas gifts. They do NOT perform as advertised. I want a refund. I have tried to phone, but no one got back to me. I tried to email you but the email provided didn't work. I would love a prompt response to this very upsetting matter.

Bought a speaker on the 30/9-am unable to charge it n have had absolutely no help. The site I was given to contact apparently doesn't exist n they do not answer their messages-there is no help if something is wrong-Ruth Spink Have been asked to revise the above review-sorry I won't as I did buy it from u using a Groupon

Wasn't a bad experience..... just not impressed with the product!!!! It did arrive in the highland of Scotland in 2 days from date of ordering..... but the product looks better on internet than in real life...... think it's better just to buy a Bluetooth speaker

I made a mistake on my address, and was told that a change of address is not accomodated. I actually sent an email 30 sec after i press confirm. It is very surprising that its not flexible and also i was only given either 50% refund on my next purchase or 50% refund back. I am just thinking, how are you able to send a parcel with a 6 digit postal code in Australia? I know you are a small business, and I used to own my own online business as well. When I have similar cases, I actually sent a replacement to my customer at my own cost, that's customer service and will have continuation of support from my customers. Please review on your policies. You just lost not only 1 customer but possible groups of online shoppers.
