“Portable Bluetooth Speaker I bought delivered quickly for Christmas. Excellent. XLOL Power Bank took over a month with no communication from Wowzr until 18th January. For this reason I am only giving 3 star rating.”

“Took 5 days to reply to an email. The postcode for delivery was entered correctly but the address was wrong, the road, the area. Luckily the postman went by the postcode not the address so the item was delivered. I replied to your email that you sent but have still not received a reply. Very very slow customer service.”

“Ordering and delivery of my boombox was great a big hands up but the sound on any item I attached it to not so good, sorry I wanted for my 9 yr old grandson who I have custody of since birth he loves music so I thought this would be good for him, I don't like complaining but my daughter said it sounds like it's blown I know nothing about theses thing, ,hope this helps”

“After the initial notification of purchase, there was no further communication from WOWZr so emailed to enquire about delivery. No reply. Telephoned. Recorded message saying no one available to answer (on all options) and finally used online contact form to say I wanted to cancel purchase. Two days later order arrived.”

“Delivery normal. The product is pretty poor. Not much sound when attached to many things. I bought ten if the boom box v2 and wishing I hadn't. Sent them as Xmas presents. Certainly doesn't do what it says on the advert clip.”

“After a worrying start to my first purchase where I hadn't received a confirmation that my speaker had been dispatched and an inability to contact you by phone I feared the worst, however after emailing yourselves I did get a quick response and was sent confirmation that it had been dispatched and a tracking number for Hermes. Another concern is also the inability to contact Hermes as their tracking system is somewhat ambiguous with it's description of where a package is. All this said I did receive my speaker within the timescale stated but would prefer some better communication lines of information rather than be left to guessing whether I would receive my speaker, especially as we live in such a technological world and this type of communication should just be a matter of button pushes away”

“The boxes are fine for being flat and taking up less space but they can be awkward with 'stuff' in them. Stacking another box on top of your sandwich box can result in flat sandwiches because the box collapses. I also forgot to remove the stopper in the lid and had soup all over the place because the box collapsed when I snapped the lid on. These are my first experiences. I hope they turn out to be all they claim because I bought £80 worth and I WILL be very unhappy if my experience of these boxes doesn't improve”
