“Had a few problems with my order but that was down to PayPal. The item was delivered very quickly, in good order. Unfortunately, due to the problems with PayPal I have received two of the same item. I have enquired how to return the unwanted item but no one seems to be answering!!!”

“I like the product (collapsible food storage containers) but have mixed feelings about customer service. Once finally contacted they were helpful, but nobody was ever there to answer the phone and email responses took quite a while after I had trouble with the delivery. Not happy with Hermes delivery used as they are completely UNcomtactable. Comparison with a company I just made a purchase from this morning and realized I'd made a error in which color I had selected--quickly answered customer service phone, corrected my order, all sorted. That is the way customer service should be--they will be getting an A+ rating from me for customer service, Wowzr more like a C.+.”

“The product was good however I had numerous problems with the delivery which incidentally hasn't been solved which resulted in being £10 worse off and I shall not be ordering anything else from this company again !”

“The shopping experience very good,but I have had problems getting into my account ,I have a full day conversation with your people trying to put things right but in the end they couldn't understand why, so they told me they would talk about it and I would here from your company but as yet I have heard nothing and still can't get into my account. I also tried to change my password but again something was wrong with your set up and it would not let me do that,so feeling rather frustrated. Regards Linda Helliwell”

“When I ordered I wanted the speakers for Xmas . You emailed me to tell me you had run out of of the colours I wanted. I emailed saying it was ok just send me any colours because I wanted the speakers for Christmas. I never received an email back. I waited for around a week...nothing. I eventually rang and you found the order had been sitting on backorder. You guys were very apologetic and promised to send me extra stickers. I did receive the speakers before Christmas but there were no extra stickers included.”
