“After ordering items as Christmas gifts, I was astounded to receive an email stating that “there would be a delay in delivery”!! This was the first time that I have shopped with Wowzr and it will definitely be the last as they cannot be trusted!!!”

“I bought 3 of them. Received them in a short time which was good but the first one I opened didn't work. The other two did work but was no louder than my phone. It did not give greater volume. The equipment itself is really poor quality. I bought them as gifts for my grandchildren but there is no way I can give this to them - it's that bad. I'm going to ask for a refund. I hope that is going to be a better experience.”

“I ordered 2 x BoomBox V3. One works, the other doesn't. I have tried to contact 'Customer Support' by telephone 5 times today - from morning to evening - and each time 'there is no one available' to take my call. I have left a message but have not been called back. This is not acceptable. I want to return the faulty item and either have it replaced or receive a refund. Hope this review will receive a response.”

“I should've been wary from the start - orders over £40 were advertised as Free p&p but I was charged and they did nothing about it when contacted. I returned my items but I had to chase them up for a refund - eventually got it after 4 weeks. Certainly wouldn't recommend their customer service!”

“BROKEN BOOMBOX. Promised a replacement which has failed to arrive nearly a month later. No response to enquiries, no refund - nothing . Just complete silence! Shockingly bad customer service and they STILL have my money!!”

“I ordered the Boombox as a Christmas gift and wasn't sure it would arrive in time. It. did- very good delivery service but I was disappointed with the actual product. Although I purchased it partly because of the novelty value, I had expected a better quality sound, based on watching the advertising video. Unfortunately the sound quality is not great and the boombox can't really be used as an everyday speaker. For the price of $49.90 (incl shipping), I didn't think the boombox delivered in quality or value.”

“Appalling customer service from their so called "happiness engineers". You get an automated email telling you they will be in touch then never respond to you. Ordered an item - they were out of stock. Sent replacement which was exactly the same as what I had ordered. Rubbish company. Will never use them again.”

“Terrible sound quality. Didn't actually play on many mediums. You have to hold the product at all times. So even as a gimmic buy, it doesn't tick any boxes. Pity, as I bought three as Christmas gifts”
