I ordered the Boombox as a Christmas gift and wasn't sure it would arrive in time. It. did- very good delivery service but I was disappointed with the actual product. Although I purchased it partly because of the novelty value, I had expected a better quality sound, based on watching the advertising video. Unfortunately the sound quality is not great and the boombox can't really be used as an everyday speaker. For the price of $49.90 (incl shipping), I didn't think the boombox delivered in quality or value.

I bought 3 rechargeable Boombox for Christmas gifts - great items but 1 of them was not working. I was asked to cut the cable, and send a photo as proof and I would be sent a replacement.I did exactly this, I have since heard nothing - not even a simple acknowledgment - other than a generic email response regarding how busy their "happiness engineers" are. Given that the items they sell are so good, the whole shopping experience for me has been poor due to the lack of customer support. I still have the broken Boombox, I am out of pocket, my daughter's Christmas gift is useless and Wowzr have gone silent!!

Still awaiting delivery of products. Was told put through letterbox but these are speakers no way this could have been done. And i was at home at the time anyway. Layla l hope is dealing with this but was told be sorted on Friday and now l am worried will not get delivery for Christmas and was considering other products as well. I just hope can be sorted asap. Cheers

I ordered 2 x BoomBox V3. One works, the other doesn't. I have tried to contact 'Customer Support' by telephone 5 times today - from morning to evening - and each time 'there is no one available' to take my call. I have left a message but have not been called back. This is not acceptable. I want to return the faulty item and either have it replaced or receive a refund. Hope this review will receive a response.

I am advised the product only works on 'recent' phone or tablet devices. Should be made clear in advertising.Having ordered the stickers, they will be useless . Having also told people on facebook to buy them = will now have to retract, and advise to check the Os of their device.

Hi Trish, Thank you for your message. I am so sorry for the delay, we have sent an email about the delay on deliveries as we are experiencing random customs inspection which will take 5-7 business days. And we can resume operations after. Again, I'm so sorry for the delay.

Flat stacks began to leak after a few months, This is a huge drag when you have liquid in and it collapses when you pick it up, sending liquid out the side. Going back to traditional, not-so-pretty containers

Hi Pan, I'm sorry to hear about the leaking. It's not very common but it's possible that the lids are not fastened or clipped correctly. I would love to help. Sorry don't want to give a bad rating as Im sure you are a great business but I ordered 2 items on 13th December and they still haven't arrived. I have delayed my contact because of the Xmas period when we all expect delays but think they should have arrived by now.
