“Didn't get the Mardles until well after Christmas even though I paid the top price for delivery and had a very sad Grandson who had a smaller present than the other 7 grandchildren. Do hope that they are good when I get them to him as he is in the country and we don't see each other regularly. Very Sad little boy. Very disappointed Grandmother. Val Miller.”

“The speakers have not arrived in time for Chrostmas despite ordering on 13/12. I used live chat on 23/12 to ask where it was and was told the postcode I entered was wrong. No one has contacted me to check it and I Am also disappointed that no one uses their initiative of looking at the actual address I entered. So as a result there is no news on the Hermes shipping update and my son has no present. All in all a rubbish service.”

“Can't review product as did not receive them in time for Christmas presents!! Ordered on Sunday, wanted express post, but for some reason I was only charged for normal post. Tracking said it would arrive on the 22nd December, but when I checked on that day the date for delivery had changed to the 29th of December!! So my girls will miss out on getting there present!! Really disappointing. ????”

“I ordered 2x BoomBox (1x blue 1x green) and although the delivery arrived fairly quickly there was only the blue one in the delivery. I emailed Wowzr straight away & attached photo evidence but have not received a reply or the outstanding BoomBox. Very disappointed at the customer service.”

“I decided to take up the offer of 20% off that came in a recent email. When I clicked on it, I was told that the 20% coupone would activate the discount at the end of checkout. It didn't. When I go to your website, I see the X-Pop reduced for sale from 59.95 to 49.50 or similar. The coupon of 20% off made no difference to the price compared to normal shopping. Anyway, the sale has gone through now I guess.”
