After ordering the item I received a email a few days later saying you had no stock and no new delivery date has been confirmed as yet.

I decided to take up the offer of 20% off that came in a recent email. When I clicked on it, I was told that the 20% coupone would activate the discount at the end of checkout. It didn't. When I go to your website, I see the X-Pop reduced for sale from 59.95 to 49.50 or similar. The coupon of 20% off made no difference to the price compared to normal shopping. Anyway, the sale has gone through now I guess.

Order sat on for a week after which order status was requested and denied. After that, Webchat info ambiguous and confusing. Several promises of update by email not actioned. Then told item out of stock despite money being taken. Then told order with courier although website was saying items out of stock and future availability in doubt. Altogether an opaque Horlicks of misinformation.

I've had 2 emails stating that my order is out of stock and they are awaiting a shipment, so still waiting for my order. I have given 2 stars as they have kept me informed but will review when I get my order

Hard to review as I ordered a product on Sunday 20.11.16 which says it will take 2-4 days to deliver and it's Sunday 27.11.16 and I still haven't received it.

I still haven't received my parcel as the address you put on the parcel was not correct to the address I supplied you. I have logged a report with Australia post and hopefully they can find my parcel and get it to me.

Good service. But product description and reality did not match up. Disappointed in my XPop Bluetooth speaker - very quiet at full volume, barely louder than my iPhone. Waste of money.

Recently brought some containers and one of the lids on the large rectangular box has broken. Not as durable as stated. I was going to order more but as the first lot has a broken item this is unlikely

Hey Lindsay, I have just tracked your shipment and it says it was signed for today. Can you please confirm? Also please bear in mind that you order Friday afternoon of a bank holiday weekend (on the Monday) which is why it took longer than usual. Kind regards, Liam, Founder

Whilst the speaker is effective and reliable, the sticky pad quickly loses its stick and as a result the speaker doesn't work as well as it should. Sorry

Ordered on 19th December and paid for quick delivery. Unfortunately item didn't arrive. Contacted company yesterday and they said it was a mix up with delivery people. Got email this morning to say item will arrive on 6th January. No mention of refund for delivery which was over £6. Not the best service I have ever had. Hopefully item will arrive when they say.

Hey Jane, I'm really sorry about this, sadly once the parcels have been handed over to the couriers, all we can do is hope that they will deliver the excellent service that we expect (and receive 99.99% of the time) from them. On 7th December I ordered an item before reading it's reviews anddecided to cance as they weren't good. I rang them within 15mins of placing the order to be told it was too late as order was with the warehouse and could not be stopped. She said one option was to refuse the delivery when it came a few day later, which I did. It is now 20th December and after 3 emails, I have one human response to say my refund will be sorted by someone away in Australia??!! That was on 16th still no confirmation and no refund. This is the start of their auto email response: "Thanks for getting in touch, one of our happiness engineers will get back to you as soon as possible." Well this customer is not happy!
