“We have not received an e-mail as to when the goods have been sent and we definitely have not received anything. I would like to cancel the order as I was wanting these for my grandchildren for Christmas. I cannot believe that you would ask for comments on your service when the goods have not even been sent.”

“Ordered the 3 Xpop bluetooths on the 5th December, today 19th December, I still did not receive them. I cancelled the order and applied for a refund from paypal. I believe the computer did not synch with the warehouse.”

“I bought them for my grandchildren and I think they will be great when we all learn how to use them properly. The idea is wonderful and amazing but the app keeps freezing and does not seem to do the same as shown in the add. Maybe it is just us and we need to play more to get the hang of them but they are really cool and the kids do love them.”

“The goods arrived promptly, well packed and exactly as described, the very morning I was to fly to Sydney, so I was able to give my grandson his present while there. He and another grandson had such a great time experimenting with the boom box. My other grandson was so envious I just had to confess and tell him that I bought a 2nd one which is put away for his birthday. He was ecstatic! Great company to deal with! Full marks and good luck!”
