“Order sat on for a week after which order status was requested and denied. After that, Webchat info ambiguous and confusing. Several promises of update by email not actioned. Then told item out of stock despite money being taken. Then told order with courier although website was saying items out of stock and future availability in doubt. Altogether an opaque Horlicks of misinformation.”

“I've had 2 emails stating that my order is out of stock and they are awaiting a shipment, so still waiting for my order. I have given 2 stars as they have kept me informed but will review when I get my order”

“Well so far I have not received my order, they did write to say they were waiting for more to come into stock, but that didn't stop them deducting the money from my account. Despite the email to say due in on Friday, as yet (Monday evening) I have not heard from the company regarding delivery. But they are keen for my feedback so this is it!”
