“Hello products from this company are great couriers they use not so good products were ok but packaging damaged and wet as they where just chucked over the gate in the rain but if you want good presents the boom boxes are great”

“Good price, prompt delivery BUT plastic packaging on white one was burst. Packaging on pink one was perfect. Disappointed as it was a birthday present.”

“As they are gifts I don't know how they will perform long term. I do know they came very well packaged and they were delivered very quickly. I have charged them, took about 5 or 6 hours, and tried them out on my i pad so I know they work. All in all so far they are great.”

“Excellent service, arrived very quickly from date of order, however, the only problem I had was a charging lead for the device was enclosed but no lead for the charging of any device via the charger and as most phones have a universal connection, I was disappointed in this”

“Bought two Boombox speakers. Delivery was quick, and I like the product. Only thing I would say is it didn't seem as loud as I thought it would be, but that may have been to do with the raucous laughter that was blocking the sound some of the time (I used it in our common room at a weekend away with my community choir) but it served the purpose. We tried to large square bin to start off with, then a flip-top bin, then on the last night a wastepaper bin....the latter seemed to work the best.”

“although the item I purchased was excellent I feel that a greater choice could be given in respect of means of delivery. referring to the extra cost of your delivery service an alternative cheaper one should be also made available.”

Hi Graham, it's Liam here - the founder of Wowzr. Thank-you for taking the time to write such a constructive review. We are currently looking into additional delivery options such as Saturday deliveries. Regarding your suggestion about a cheaper delivery option. This is the cheapest tracked delivery service available to us, in Australia before we launched the UK we offered a less expensive "untracked" service and considered doing the same here in the UK. However our experience was that it created a poor experience as customers could not check on their own order and when they would call we weren't able to offer any insight either. Also the difference in price between a tracked and untracked service is just over £1 and so we decided that we would offer tracked services only. We feel that if a customer calls us enquiring as to the whereabouts of their parcel then we should be able to tell them. From our perspective anything less than this would be a sub-par customer experience. However, we will take your feedback on board and if we receive similar feedback from other customers we will reconsider our position.
