“Thank you To staff at WR Engineering for the wonderful service I received from them when I had an unexpected problem with my garage door. From the receptionist, to the service manager James and to Taylor the pleasant young man who replaced the motor for me. The service I received gave me peace of mind for security to my home. “Three roller doors in our shared garage were installed by WR Eng 16 years ago and they are still rolling on! One of them has had some intermittent problems but always very efficiently rectified. We request annual maintenance and this is always carried out in a very professional and friendly way. There was also some metal screening constructed in the garage (to keep out possums) and this was an excellent and attractive solution!”

“We are really happy with the new doors and mentioned to the installer how impressed we were with the communication by your company. Everything was explained in detail until it came to connecting the doors to electricity. Nobody had mentioned that we would need a separate electrician and therefore none was organised. Luckily our trusted sparky, whom we have been using for years, had a cancellation that day and was able to come in the afternoon to connect the doors to power. It would have been helpful to have known that the installer is not able to do the electrical work required in advance. Thank you!”
