“One of the springs broke on our panel lift garage door. WR Engineering inspected it and determined the correct springs for replacement and provided a quote, then ordered a pair (the original springs were 18 years old). The new springs arrived as promised in about two weeks and WR arranged a suitable time for fitting them. We were kept well informed through the process, Replacement of the springs and servicing the door was done very efficiently. The door now works very well and is quieter than it had ever been. Standard of work is great and WR kept us fully informed at all times, plus their service guy was very easy to deal with. I fully recommend WR Engineering for any garage door issues.”

“The Team at WR were great from start to finish. They made the selection and installation seem less. The install team were great and any minor modification was done to suit the needs of the customer. Overall would recommend for any fence installation being considered.”

“Thought I would have to replace an old Roller door, only to find when I sent photos of the problem to WR Engineering that it could be fixed. They were quick to respond and had a serviceman out within a couple of days. Took about 15 minutes to fix the problem and made the door go up and down like new. Very happy with WR Engineering.”

“Have used WR for fencing and garage door service. Both times professional, clear and helpful. Fencing was perfect, better than expected. When garage door would open only a few centimetres without manual help, they came out, tightened areas required and only charged the call out fee.”

“Great service from WR from the moment I called about getting a new garage door motor. The lady who answered the phone was helpful and knowledgeable. A clear price was quoted and she was helpful in selecting a date and time that suited me. On the agreed date, the installer arrived on time, did a great job, explained how the new opener worked, provided some general maintenance tips, cleared up the site, and was both professional and friendly. In short, I would definitely use WR again.”
