“When our old garage door failed and fell on an exiting vehicle they very quickly responded to an out of hours call and secured the garage. As the door was beyond repair they responded with a quote and provided a damage report within a day or two. We are now waiting the installation of a new door and this is likely to be broke within a couple of weeks of quote acceptance. Call out technician, sales and office staff support has been great.”

“WR Engineering responded to our request to repair a broken spring on our garage roll-a-door on the first business day of the new year. We did not expect such a fast response but the service was excellent and the job done on the spot. Well done WR”

“I have purchased two roller doors from WR Engineering. Doors arrived on time and were fitted competently. Subsequent regular servicing has also been delivered on time and efficiently. I was most impressed with the most recent servicing as the staff member was efficient and provided helpful advice. I'd recommend the company.”

“The staff came quickly when our garage door would not open after hours and did a temporary fix and then returned to install custom made springs to fix the problem permanently. The staff were helpful, professional and understood the issues. They provided excellent and timely service and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.”

“We are very happy with the service and quality of the work. The guys that built the fence and gate were friendly and professional, making sure to explain what they were doing at the beginning and asking us for our preferences when something didn’t go quite as planned. WR Engineering were also very understanding and accomodating when there were delays at our end before the build. I highly recommend WR Engineering for your fence and gate needs.”

“Very happy with the speed and professionalism of the service we received. The tradesperson showed up at the agreed time and was able to fix the issue in a very short period of time. Our garage door (installed by another vendor) now works better than it ever has. Very happy to recommend WR Engineering to anybody that has a garage door issue.”

“Communication was excellent and I was expecting to have to wait several weeks for assistance but was happy to get someone out to fix the problem the next day. The service man arrived on time and was very competent. The problem was solved and we now have an operating garage door with keys. Thank you for your help and I know who to contact should this happen again.”
