“Wrike is an amazing tool for individuals that need to work together to get things done. They listen to feed back and are always finding ways to build a great product.”
“Wrike is a solid project management tool that is becoming more and more flexible. We're a small company (15 employees) and we use it to collaborate and manage projects across the U.S. -- a number of us work remotely.
PROS:
Easy organization
Ability to create custom tags
Nice charts, easy to see the "big picture" of projects
Now integrates with Office 365
You can quickly tag a coworker by using the "@" sign.
CONS:
It doesn't do "copy/paste" very well. A lot of times I'll copy/paste notes in or a website link and the whole Wrike task will shut down or the fonts will go all wonky.
No font choices or font color choices when working tasks
Needs more color coding ability”
“Wrike has improved our Design Teams project management process by leaps and bounds.
I like it very much! And the mobile accessibility is great too! There have been a few glitches along the way, but overall it's been a big improvement for team communication.”
“My whole team uses Wrike everyday. It has improved our work flow immeasurably. Being able to set up timeline for each project allows everyone to manage their time much more efficiently. We have been utilizing dependences lately and that has helped tremendously in setting expectation of any given timeline for a project involving multiple people in any of our many national offices. I don't know who we would be able to manage without it. I even use it to manage tasks in my personal life now. :)
Thank you!”
“Wrike is a good project management for teams. It allows you to separate projects in folders, assign tasks, set and adjust dates, and all of the other things you would expect from a project management software. Wrike features three levels of membership for you and your team and those levels feature different capabilities based on your team size. That is my largest complaint about Wrike. Reporting out is an important feature that was taken away from the two lowest paying levels. There are other functions, like scheduling around time-off and adding additional custom fields to work to track budgets, priorities, etc. that are unavailable to all levels of membership. While I understand that some smaller teams may not need these features, it seems rather silly to make up the minds of your users for them and not allow those features without an upgrade. I also caution anyone what wants to integrate with Apple products, as using Wrike with Outlook for Mac is not available. Wrike could improve on how their Gantt Charts print out, as it is also not very user friendly, but the product is meant to be used online only, so it's a complaint that I generally let slide because of that fact.
I'd give it a 7/10 because of all of these things. It has greatly helped our team, but I think we could excel more with some updates and more flexibility of use.”
“We are implementing Wrike across our company in order to help with tracking and executing our projects. I selected Wrike because of its compatibility with Microsoft Project, the way it integrates into our current project process, and the many ways with which people can interact with their tasks (online, on their mobiles and via Microsoft Outlook). I haven't given Wrike 5 stars for a few reasons:
1. learning to use the Wrike basics is quick and easy, but learning to use it to its best is taking some trial and error
2. Reporting can be a little spotty - we haven't upgraded to Enterprise edition, and the exporting of filtered dashboard views still takes some manual intervention to get it into an acceptable format, with the 'right' information for the Executives (haven't managed to crack this yet).
On the plus side, it's simple and easy to use and administer. The help section is comprehensive so you can find the answers to most things, and the online chat help is excellent.”
“Although we're relatively new to Wrike our team is finding it very useful and are excited about the opportunity it provides us to be more timely and productive, while whittling down on extra e-mails and other distracting communications to accomplish our tasks. We're hopeful for all the time-saving, work-load analysis, and information sharing it will bring our organization.”
“Wrike is a great project management software that allows you the flexiblity of creating your own processes but with a structure you dont have to create on your own. For the cost of the each tier you are gaining a tool that will help move your processes to a next level and start to see results faster that you can track and maintain. And because Wrike is internet based you are able to collaborate with your team from any where.”
