I've had four spine operations and now have blood clots in both lungs. As a 54-year-old male, I rely on the disability scooters at Asda Sutton, where I've been shopping for over 28 years due to difficulty walking. Despite speaking to the store’s GSM Manishkumar Barot three times about the broken scooters, nothing has been done, neglecting the needs of blue badge disabled customers like myself. Today, when I confronted the GSM Manishkumar Barot, he was dismissive and rude, even ignoring me while talking to his staff. I've had enough of their disregard for disabled customers. Even after calling Asda complaints, they accused me of lying. The manager's arrogance and lack of empathy are appalling. I'm considering contacting watchdog and writing to them about our rights. I urge others to join me in demanding better treatment from Asda Sutton.

Permit me to post my experience at Ada, the Jewish, Edinburgh, and the response from Asda executive. They care less about disability. They just don't care. I apologise to myself for letting insensitive people waste my time with explanation they would not consider anyway.

I tried to buy the litre bottle of Baileys from the Ferring, West Sussex supermarket today. It was not marked up as on offer and when I put it through the till it came up as 22 pounds instead of the 13 advertised by you. I was told I was wrong even after showing them the offer on my phone. Somebody isn't doing there job properly in the pricing of items and the person serving me was very rude. Not a happy customer!!

Received wrong product (Manitou Virginia Gold instead of Green). Sent pictures to prove it. Still no refund. Have asked credit card company to block payment instead.

I placed an order for some soap for home delivery as I needed to replenish my cupboard. The website capped the quantities that I could order, so I had to buy other random items to meet the minimum threshold for delivery. The delivery was due today, so I got a text saying that the soap had been substituted for a different product and only a small quantity of them. With this being no good to me, I called to cancel the order at Noon, 10 hours before the delivery time slot and was told that it was too late, I had to turn the driver away and wait for a refund. What an awful experience throughout and one that I won’t give them chance to do to me again. If only I could give zero stars I would

agoASDA, ASDA, ASDA A manager needs to get a grip on ordering bags in this store. When I go into the store at 7.44am 6 weeks before Christmas and go to check out. THE LAST THING I NEED TO HEAR IS. 'WE HAVEN'T GOT ANY BAGS!' HOW!!!! does a shop whose sole purpose is to provide goods to the public MESS UP SO BAD as to not have a solitary shopping bag in the store. Doesn't matter about supply, delays or any other fickle excuses. You are a business... do business... you know you have customers coming in to shop..... Get a grip manager of this section. ORDER THE BAGS!!! I feel sorry for the workers having to explain why there are no bags all day long........

The shelves are often depleted with essential groceries and are filthy with piles of rice or the contents of whatever package has burst open all over the place. The same goes for the freezers, filthy with frozen chips, vegetables strewn in the bottom where packages have burst and nobody has bothered to clean them before adding new produce. The express checkouts are dirty with stains and crumbs on the conveyors and bag filling areas. It feels as though the staff have been left to their own devices, there is no process or structure for restocking shelves - although there are plenty of staff blocking customers with large trolleys, picking for deliveries and collections. But nobody restocking the shelves. The store is in need of a deep clean and a process put in place to ensure a standard of cleanliness is maintained, your main products are food, and stocking it on dirty shelves and freezers is unhygienic, generating bacteria.

I bought carrots with ASDA delivery today. Every farmer would think twice before feeding their animals with that. ASDA thinks it is good enough for us. Disgusting attitude.

By far the worst online shopping I have experienced. NOT once have I ever received all the items I have ordered. I always receive substitutes (which are not healthy) and a few items are always out of stock. I will NOT be shopping with asda again.

I recently visited ASDA Wallington and unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the extremely poor customer service provided by the Operational manager, Vania. As a loyal and regular customer, I have always had positive experiences at ASDA, but this particular encounter left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon entering the store, I encountered a problem with an item I had purchased the previous week. I approached Vania, the Operational Manager, to seek assistance in resolving the issue. However, instead of displaying empathy and understanding, Vania was dismissive and unhelpful. She showed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns and seemed more focused on rushing me away. Not only did Vania fail to provide any solutions, but she also displayed a condescending attitude throughout our interaction. Her dismissive tone and lack of professionalism were truly disheartening. As an Asda customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when seeking assistance from a manager. Unfortunately, Vania's demeanor fell far short of these expectations. Moreover, Vania's lack of knowledge about the store's policies procedures and overall products was evident. She seemed unaware of the basic protocols for handling customer complaints and seemed uninterested in escalating the matter or involving other colleague members who might have been better equipped to assist. This lack of competence and willingness to help left me feeling disregarded and unheard. What disappointed me the most was Vania's inability to empathize with my situation. Customer service should always prioritize understanding and resolving customer issues promptly. However, Vania seemed more concerned with maintaining her authority than addressing my concerns. This level of indifference is unacceptable and reflects poorly on ASDA Wallington as a whole. I sincerely hope that ASDA Head Office takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue at hand. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the behavior exhibited by Vania was far from satisfactory. I urge the senior management team at asda head office to provide additional training to their colleagues, particularly in the area of customer relations, to ensure that future customers do not encounter the same disappointing experience. In conclusion, my visit to Asda Wallington was marred by the extremely poor customer service displayed by the Operational manager, Vania. Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall indifference towards my concerns were deeply unsatisfactory. I hope that Asda Wallington takes appropriate measures to rectify this issue and provides better training and support to their staff to improve the overall customer experience.

I have a black male friend who used to work at the Asda Wallington Store on the chilled department who was unfairly treated victimised and racially discriminated against so I managed to contact Hayley Tatum Senior Vice President – Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer on instagram to help my friend and she said she would help my friend and she didn’t instead she is constantly and continuously making posts on her instagram page pretending to care and giving false perceptions and impressions she doesn’t care about black people she pretends to and gives false narratives she is also very DELUSIONAL I have attached screenshot photo of what Hayley Tatum Senior Vice President – Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer looks like.

Asda just essential salad cream is an insult to their brand. The taste is very very bad and bitter. Just because its cheap doesn't mean customers should have this experience. Just thought I should try it and it messed up my salad and I had to throw it away after a single use. A brand like ASDA should set standards

Christmas Brussels sprouts and carrots in Christmas packaging bought 2 days ago going spinet and rotting in the bags. 3 bags of each, all the same. Salvaged a few out of them but it’s just not good enough. Most went straight on the compost heap. How could you Asda? Turkey sandwiches for us and another lost customer.

Totally shambolic. Placed order for Sunday delivery, which was cancelled by Asda. Reordered for Monday. Charged more for delivery. Arrived Monday item was faulty. Emailed on so many occasions. Requested a refund which got declined no reason given. More emails and calls. As a 1st time out of pocket £25.75 plus time and calls. Informed that I would need to go to the store with faulty item to get a refund. Time and cost to get to Rushden. Offered as a way of apology a £5 e voucher. So I'm expected to spend more money of my money. The worst customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend or shop there. So angry

Visited Winsford Asda on my day off to take back a top that was too big, I drove around the carpark to find all the disabled car-parking spaces to be full. As I came to the top of one of the isles there was a disabled space on the end, I checked there was nobody coming and it was safe to enter - an Asda employee called “Terry” of retirement age approached pushing his trolleys, I opened my window and explained to come past as I wanted to park in the end bay, I have never in my whole life met such a potty mouthed old person! I was met with “You can F@@k Off and drive all the way round as “your type of people really f@@k me off!” I think this was quite obvious by this point with his language. He then blocked the spot with all his trolleys and every other word out of his mouth began with the “F word” I actually thought he had Tourette’s for a few minutes, my young daughter was horrified. Just recovering from a small heart attack I decided to drive on and find another spot, I parked and got out of the car to be met with more obscene language from the delightful “Terry” feeling really stressed and upset I returned the top and complained to the manager. I then decided to go home as it really bothered me, as I left the carpark “Terry” gave me the middle finger. I will never go to Winsford Asda ever again.

Went in to buy a birthday cake from the bakery during my lunch hour. I arrived at 12:10pm. The bakery was unstaffed so I approached several Asda “colleagues” and the response was “sorry, not my department” every time. I walked to Customer Service who promised to put a call out over the PA. She did not! I stood outside the bakery until 13:00 when someone arrived to start their shift. By this time my lunch break was over. I decided to wait for the cake and got back to work late, still not having eaten my lunch. When I enquired about the cake I told them I would be popping in at lunchtime and no one told me that staff would be absent. Why was there no sign stating “out to lunch” or “closed”?

I did pick up my intercom and report it to 1st Response so there will be camera footage. Several of the residents also seen it. Will be interesting if she reports it to her supervisor?????? One of your vans crashed into my car outside my house customer service got back quite fast even though it was a Sunday at 8pm then spent two days sending the same photos on two different forms and being asked for the date and time even though every message and email had it cannot get insurance details for my insurance I am off work because without insurance details my insurance company will not proceed so no car for me to go to work so every day this goes on costs 200 pounds in lost wages which you will pay for.

I placed an order with Asda , and the driver came yesterday under my house but he didn’t give me my order he just left , his excuse was he didn’t know where is my door however my door is so clear and obvious, and even if so why he didn’t contact me to tell him where is my house ?! , I called the customer service and they are so funny, telling me will give me £5 voucher ! And I can place my order again when I want to place my order again water’s price increased by £7 and olive oil’s price increased by £7.5 , and they still hold my £103 and I will wait the refund , so professional, so holding my money for 5 days and I will place new order with £15 more , such shame !

Went to your store in wolstanton to get a pre-cooked chicken . Got home and made me and my daughter a sandwich. It end up making us really ill . Sent a email to the complaints department no response. Went into the store they told me that they needed the product. Phone customer Service they told me that a picture is not good enough. Absolutely ridiculous me and my daughter were really ill for 2/3 days to be told basically so what absolutely disgusting . Then to add insult the bloke on the telephone offered me a £10 voucher as a goodwill gesture really so I payed £5.99 just to make me and my daughter poorly and no one at Asda clearly cares

@asda (Lewisham ) has soiled duva items  (bodily fluids) on their shelves in their packaging which also wasn't even one of their brands it's was a Sainsbury's duvet in their packaging. When i complained and asked for a refund or exchange, they'll loudly acused me of doing it in front of other customers and staff! That I had done this! That i am lieing! And this mistake can't possibly of happened so i must of done it!  They want to use the fact that I ended up getting extremely upset for not getting my exchange after it was cancelled in front of me and bluntly accused of theft by swapping my own apparently duvet for a new one which then caused me to start shouting in the shop  as an excuse not to investigate especially when I had asked the manager still refused to investigate. The store manager want to make accusations and take my statutory right for an  investigation. I am the one who had one manager saying well this has never happened  before so this can't be true as if first time mistake can't happen and I'm just a liar and the other male manager showing no kindness what so ever saying this is not possible you must of went home and swapped duva I'm not giving you the exchange he had immediate judgement on me did not like to listen to my story he had already believed in his head was true and yet I'm supposed to stay calm They also just allowed the staff members to continuously make comments "she definitely did it" while also given me dirty looks they all loudly making assumptions the managers also allowed their staff members continuously gather around when I was having this conversation with them and allowed that 10 of the staff members to all gathered at the exit as I'm walking out the store and allowed one of their staff members to make a sarcastic comment as I walked out as well   I cannot explain how this happened I can only tell you my story which is simple i picked the product off their store shelves and that's the duva that came out! at the end of the day the customers only has their word and they refuse to listen to mine they showed me no kindness or consideration it's also upsetting  that I am a regular customer in their store most of their staff members have seen me I am a regular I live in the area and (@asda Lewisham) was my local supermarket so to get this judgement and treatment from them was very unexpected and very hurtful. I then began my own self investigation and called customer service and asked for it to be done a member of customer service then told me I need to go back to the store and ask them for a CPQC check inwhich i was still refused by the male store manager. During that seconded visit to the store a third party was present and she had then accused him of being a racist for not offering to investigate all the exchange I was then told by customer service that the manager is using that reason the comment from a third person as excuse to not do the investigations  I found that to be very double standard and  i am the one he is accused of being a dirty person and a theif and not offered an investigation or refund but when the managers accused of being a racist and this is how he reacts. @asdacustomerservice don't actually offer a service nor take responsibility for the behaviour of the staff in their stores. Called to complain about how I was treated and was told I needed to go back to the store to ask them to investigate. #selfinvestigation #fail #asdapolicingthemselves and after I had attempted myself investigation the only email I got back was I was banned from the store  based on the racist remark done by a third party and abusive remarks( e.g. me getting upset and shouting in the store) and that head office nor the store would offer me a refund. Disgusting customer service! no loyalty to the regular customers! Petty behaviour! @asda can make false accusations all round and now i can't go back. Who wants to shop in a store where YOU are abused and assaulted and then get accused of something you didn't do #falseaccusations #imnotaracist #liars

Oldham chadderton asda I am shocked by your standards and how they’ve slipped you need to educate yourself and your staff how to store food and maintain its freshness I was a regular customer spending £30 three times a week on mostly organic items I’ve always wondered why my food would go off within a day when there’s a long date and this doesn’t happen when I get my veg from other stores like Tesco or Sainsbury’s. I’ve seen crates of milk outside the fridge so someone’s just left it there rather than putting milk in and I was stood there 15mins but no one came. I’ve worked for asda myself and I know when milk or chilled items are out of fridge over 20mins they get thrown away as ‘damaged’ I’ve thrown away food MANY times I also have multiple health problems so I cant just go back out and get food from somewhere especially when I’ve spent that much money time and energy I’ll be talking to food standards, you have lost a loyal customer as you wernt so loyal

My elderly mother had a delivery booked for 830-930 pm so she sat waiting until 1030pm when I called customer services. They did not know where or anything about what was happening with the order and only advised if not there in 30 mins it will be cancelled. It’s the next day and still out for delivery on their system. What a complete shambles of a delivery service where no one updates one text message or phone call to explain delay etc and we would of been disappointed but accepted it but not the way this has been handled

I ordered a home delivery slot as I am self isolating with my Grandad due to having “flu like” symptoms & waiting for results from a Covid test. Last food shop was 3 weeks ago so the shelves are pretty empty! Delivery slot came and went, no truck turned up. Waited another hour & then called the customer service helpline who said our order had been cancelled! No email or message to advise this or explain why. No apology at all. I advised we couldn’t leave the house and when could we have another delivery...10 days time. Just ridiculous. They weren’t bothered about letting us down or that we had no food. I asked if I could collect the food as it had already been picked and packed...No was the response. Just kept saying there was nothing they could do and to log into my account online and re-book a delivery. Like this is an acceptable response. Asda’s Customer service is just beyond awful. So as we needed food I had to drive to the Asda store taking my grandad with me in his wheelchair as he cannot be left alone and purchased all the food we needed. What a mission. 3 hours of our day inside a supermarket & the cold air made my poor Grandad cough so much. An hour after getting home I get the results from our Covid tests to say we are both positive! You’ve got to laugh - government people tell us to stay at home but Asda let us down and we had to go out for shopping. Let’s hope no one caught anything from us today hey. I won’t be shopping with Asda anymore but kinda glad I chose their store to go to today considering our results!! I’ve been told to enter the details of everyone I’ve been in contact with onto the NHS app... oh dear!
