“I love Cath Kidston merchandise and when I found out that their new Disney collection had launched I was eager to have a look in store at what they had to offer. I missed the launch day as I was on holiday, but managed to get to my local store on the way back from my travels. The staff were very attentive, and they are always so friendly. I will definitely be visiting that store again because of this.”

“I visited the store in Newcastle upon Tyne on friday the 9th june as they had a sale on the staff are very friendly and i bought a few items that i was really pleased with overall a pleasant day's shop”

“Not great quality & also the small backpack that I have ordered arrived in 2 plastic bags & some paper stuffing. I picked it up from one of the stores where the shop assistant cheerfully asked me if I want another bag? It is beyond me how irresponsible this company is. Massive profits yet no social/eco credentials!!”

“Cath Kidston has been bought and taken over by NEXT (https://www.next.co.uk/cath-kidston). Any other Cath Kidston sites are fake and a scam. Contact your bank and get the money back like I did!”

“Scam !!! Placed an order over 7 weeks ago and it shows as delivered but I haven’t received it. No help from Next who is now handling the customer service for Cath Kidston, I’ve tried all the other ways of contacting them but no help anywhere. The delivery company do not respond either. Do not order from this site it’s a scam.”

“I ordered a dress for my holiday Yep delivered but I had a problem that the pockets didn't sit correctly, also there was a mark on the front of the dress So guess what You can't call them but on email them And guess what it takes 72 hours to get back to uou Guess what I'm still waiting 4 days later in still waiting a replay back 🙄”
