Provided with a gift card as a present back in August 2019. Card stuck to a piece of card obscuring the fact that it expires after 1 year. No clear indication of this and the relatives who bought this were not advisd about. To expire after 1 year is absolutely ridiculous and no time at all. Tried discussing with Customer Services who were absolutely useless. No attempt to resolve the issue and flippant in responses to my questions. Terrible company and even worse customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Terrible I ordered items on 12 May have heard nothing so emailed customer service said to wait a further 5 days have just emailed them again also noted email on Pay pay invoice is no longer valid just terrible service

HORRIBLE - DO NOT BUY. They wrapped plates I bought terribly with nothing that said fragile. One broke and all they would do is refund it, not replace. So I would have to pay expensive shipping ALL over again for their mistake!!! Then the item was out of stock and I couldn’t even get it. What a terrible company. This issue could have been so easily fixed. I’ve been a supporter since Cath Kidston started years ago and I will no longer buy for myself or others. No wonder they went out of business and lost all locations in the UK expect 1. Bad business policies. Can’t believe they’re so happy to upset customers. Pennywise and pound foolish.

I received my order of a Jubilee Mug today to find the handle broken, I emailed the company with a photo included, admittedly I did receive a prompt reply apologising, but also saying the mug is no longer available!!!! The mug was what I really wanted and I ordered two other items also, which I probably wouldn’t have bothered with, won’t be using them again

The most frustrating company I've ever bought from online, had a missing item from my delivery and unlike other companies don't care because like others have reported the parcel weighted the correct amount when it left them. So not there problem. Contact is poor and more my fault than theirs. Had to fill in forms and send picture for the to investigate and make their service better in the future, when as a customer they haven't even sorted out where my item is. Don't even get me started on the 24 hour message emailed back each time. Invoice gives a weekday number open 8 till and but line is dead. I have not idea how this will end but as a customer I've never been made to feel so less important, it like they will look into it with no intention on helping me, like it's my fault the item is missing so deal with it. DON'T BUY ONLINE, AVOID AT ALL COST.

I ordered items to the value of £67 ,which I send back all my items by return post which I had to pay for and when my refund came back into my bank account I was so angry as I only got £42 they taken £25 and all my goods so they stolen from me TWICE over 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Do not buy !!!!!

I bought a Cath Kidston bag (cream with flowers)a few years ago. It hasn’t been exposed to the sun for long hours. I haven’t used it often!!!! However it’s become yellow around the edges of the zipper and around the stitches. It is ruined because it’s noticeable!! I paid full price and I can’t get my money back because as I said I bought it around 5 years ago. It is still new!! But it made me angry to think that I wasted my money!!

I had been patiently waiting for my order, which never arrived. So I contacted Cath Kidston only to be told my order had actually been cancelled by them because the item was no longer in stock. I had not received any emails informing me that my order had been cancelled and they were not apologetic for this. Awful customer service.

DO NOT Buy Cath Kidston online! Customer Service of the USA online store is basically NON Existent - It charges your credit card right away but never ships, nor providing status for at least 4 weeks. Filing requests, or emailing will get you robotic replies only. Calling the UK number will get you a "Wrong Number" message. I had been a royal customer for years. CK stores were my must-go places when I visit London. Sadly no more traveling, no more Cath Kidston.

AVOID! AVOID! SCAM! I have not been refunded my money. No items No money! Would give a zero star if it would let me. The company/shop is breaking the low and should not operate! I will take it farther. Unacceptable! Shocking!

Do not buy from their website. They take your money the goods do not arrive. They will not reply to your emails and there is no phone line to call. A big scam They are nothing more than thieves.

Cath kidston shows items in stock. I ordered the item I wanted then added some other items (which I only brought as I was paying for postage so got some bits for presents). I then after paying, a day later, get an email saying main item out of stock. I ask to cancel my order but they say its too late as already processed. I keep receiving the same generic email stating same things.... Today the box of stuff arrives that I don't want. Frustrating.

£60 handbag which has a zip which gives up after 18 months. Very poor customer service - certainly will not be buying any further products from Cath Kidston

The products are really nice, no problem with that. Their website is just lousy with the inventory display; they show items to be available whereas they are not. You order them and then they cancel those items with a lousy excuse. For 8 euro of postage to Europe it's a loss when you try to make the most of it by grouping several items together. You end up paying too much for shipping for an item or two.

Do not buy from this company... no free returns despite paying postage and packaging. And guess what, they did not refund me my postage and packaging either. So they get their products back new and unused and still keep £3.95 from me!!! AVOID!!!!

Parcel was left in garden by RM. It was ripped up by foxes. This is obviously not cath kidstons fault but as they have no phone numbers at the moment i had to email. And email. And wait 48 hours for replies. Returned address and sent proof of postage via email so they could send replacement as advised. 2 days later im chasing as no reply. I then had to resort to Twitter! In fairness i got a reply then, but the dress is now out of stock. Im really upset by the whole experience.

Customer service is terrible, product faulty but only offered a gift card, extremely difficult to negotiate returns procedure - long winded drawn out process - totally unnecessary.
