Coast clothes always used to be fantastic quality. I don't know what has happened but I ordered 2 dresses, and they arrived scrunched up and creased in tiny plastic bags. They feel horrible and look cheap. Very disappointing. The only plus is that they did arrive quickly.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered the Fleur 3d dress in two colours because it was that gorgeous. It was pricey but I thought it was beautiful. Well I ordered the dresses in a size 8 and they were so tight on the arms I couldn't bend down. I thought I just needed to size up so I ordered the same dresses in a size 10 just to be sure. Tried them on, and the same problem. So tight on the shoulders and the sleeves - just horrendous. But slightly to loose in waist so obviously the wrong size. I sent them all back, all 4 dresses. The people making these have no idea how to sew. Who needs a dress you can move around in? Ridiculous. And the patterns aren't cut right, they should have had the common sense to use the flowers embroidered on the fabric to do waist, not create that horrible juxtaposed waist the dresses have where the pattern doesn't flow at all. Overall far to expensive to be extremely awkward to wear. The dresses are to tight to get on and off and to uncomfortable to move in. And to top it of, coast have the audacity to charge £2 for returns! The cheek. If other companies have free returns why don't coast? I'm not impressed at all and I don't think I will be ordering from coast again.

My order was not delivered, paid for next day delivery. That was 9 days ago. No delivery yet. Coast will not offer refund, basically washing their hands of it. Extremely bad Customer Service. Would not order from them again.

Very poor customer service. Lengthy delays in getting a refund for expensive items! Complained but just got told I had to wait despite the tracking confirming the item was back safely. Other retailers for more effective with online orders so steer clear

I've ordered a big badge of bridesmaids dresses. The dresses were delivered promptly and of good quality. I've selected 4 dresses and returned the rest over a total of 5 parcels, following the instructions closely to make sure it would all be returned properly. I've now been in touch with them for weeks as they've failed to refund me for £374,60. They can see Evri haven't delivered all the parcels on my proof card, but point me to Evri to figure it out with them. Obviously Evri is impossible to talk to. Coast could not care less. Terrible company, would avoid them like a rash!

Ordered 3 dresses from Coast but did not receive a confirmation email with an order number, noticed however that full payment had been taken. This has been 2 weeks now and it's impossible to contact anyone other than their generic customer services email. They have had all my details but there is still no sign of a refund. Have contacted Resolver, next step will be trading standards. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered recently 2 dresses from Coast. They sent me a wrong item for the dress with a high price. I have emailed them right away, and they advised that once I will return the wrong item back, they will post the correct one.I have returned the item with a note inside, sent them 7 emails till now mentioning that I want the ordered item to be delivered to me, not refund, as i have a big eventto attend. Yesterday someone confirmed that they have received the wrong item back and they will process a refund. I have emailed back to let them know that the initial agreement was for them to post to correct item, and I never wanted the refund. Another person replied to me today that they haven't received any parcel with the wrong item from me, but still went ahead and refund the amount. How do you know to refund someone back without having your product back. The worst experience ever, very misleading and poor costumer service. You put item on sales just for messing with people. We purchase the items, you send wrong one to people and play the victim. I have 7 emails all with wrong communication, you never bother to read the previous email. I used your return label from Royal Mail and they told me that the item is lost. I use daily Royal mail and they are very good. You put the blame on other company for your bad organisation and management. Extremely unhappy.

Coast returns website is rubbish every time I try to compete the return form it flags up can't find order number or email or last four digets of the phone number. But if I key in the order number on check my delivery it finds my order without any problem. I am writing this review as there is no way of contacting coast by phone or email. I just don't know what to do. So frustrating. I am going to try a coast outlet shop customer service if they have one.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I bought a dress on the 4th and on the 6th of dic i received a totally different dress than the one I had order they don’t even bother to get something similar just send me a totally different dress try to contact them in Whassapp but never got a response try messenger after a day got a response telling me that the dress I bought was out of stock so they won’t even send me the same dress diferente color the just want me to buy a new dress so the can get my money and they offer to return my money in the next 15 days so I don’t understand why would you take people money if you don’t have the right items to send.plus on top of that now they want me to pay more for the new dress that was 50%of due to Black Friday and now all prices are up . please please please don’t buy here I wish I had read the reviews before buying with them this have to be a scam

Coast is the worst company I have ever ordered online with. It's absolutely diabolical. I am still waiting for a refund that goes back to January this year for over £200! I placed an order in January this year and returned the items through Royal Mail promptly (I have proof of return). It took forever for Coast to acknowledge my return but I did eventually receive an email telling me it had received the goods and it would make the refund. I waited for my refund but it never came. In the meantime I was taken seriously ill into hospital and my recovery has taken months. Last month whilst checking over my accounts for the year I realised that they never did refund my money. I contacted customer services and they replied promptly and apologised and assured me that I would receive a refund. This was coming up a month ago. Still no refund has arrived. I have contacted customer services several times and they have responded quickly and promised me it would arrive in my PayPal within a few days. I now contact them daily but no longer receive a response. All my emails are ignored and they owe me over £200. It's been a year in January since the order and they still have my money. It's shocking that a high street brand such as Coast can be so appalling to it's customers. I will never ever purchase from them online or instore ever again.

Delivery of items ok returns is a different story. Trying to fill in a return and saying wrong email or password 🤔🤔 . I've now read this on many reviews . Funny that 🤔🤔🤔

Beware- items never received Ordered item- received email stating item had been dispatched- I never received item- contacted them- they stated they have issued refunded which was not requested as I wanted the item - not yet received refund and told to reorder item if I wanted it.

Be careful if you need to return item ,they refund processing terrible ,it’s been a month ,still waiting for my refund .They keep saying we are investigating but no result .No integrity ,stir away from this company

Sent for a jumpsuit which was to big, would of loved a smaller size as was gorgeous but unfortunately didn't do a 6. I returned the jumpsuit straight away so could be re-sold pity coast couldn't do the same with my refund, which l still haven't received, after almost 1 month this has put me off ever sending for anything again!! which is a shame because the clothes are lovely.

Really frustrated and disappointed with my experience. I ordered three dresses from coast and was away on holidays when they were delivered. When I returned, I noted one of the dresses was not what I had ordered. When I contacted coast and accepted I was contacting them outside of the returns timeframe, they still agreed to accept the return. It was not until they realised that they had sent me a pretty cheap 50 pound dress instead of the 210 pound dress that I ordered, did their attitude change. They had told me to proceed with a return and send photos of the items - this is when they and I became aware of the significant price difference between what had been ordered and what had been received. They then decided they would not accept the return, as it was outside of the window of return and suggested I try and sell the item online to recoup some money!! Truely poor customer service, when the error was entirely on their part. I would warn against using this retailer.

Awful quality since taken over by BooHoo. The dress that arrived looks totally different to the one I ordered, different colour, long sleeves. It looks like it should cost £20 from a market stall not £200! The label on the dress is in Arabic so I can’t tell what fabric it is made of or how It should be washed and there’s no mention of ‘coast’ on it. This is a cheap dress they’re selling under the coast brand.

Was so disappointed in the quality of the items especially at the price point. Unfinished seams no lining stiff zips just cheaply made finishing appalling for a dress priced at £150 had much better quality on items at a 1/4 of the price
