Absolutely no flexibility with returns deadline in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC...disgraceful. Lost a potentially good customer. Go to Flannels or Mainline Menswear for great service

Honestly- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I know starting a message in caps sometimes puts brings authenticity into doubt, however I assure all readers that this is 100% honest and accurate. I purchased a pair of shoes for £160, they were too big so i returned them. (Note there is no way to just request another size you MUST return them). I requested a refund through their system, printed the label off and returned via Yodel. Everything was followed to the letter of their policy. It turns out the refund number they provided me with linked to an incorrect return label with their provider Yodel, ultimately this meant my shoes were somehow sent to a different company. Despite the error being solely on their side, their customer service team (person called Greg) refused to help me at all, despite several attempted calls and detailed emails explaining the issue. I am currently out of pocket £160 with no product to show for it. I am having to go through the arduous process of issuing a small claim against them to get my money back.

Bought two shorts six weeks ago, but never received. No tacking number was provided, and the customer service just keep ghosting me. Fraud company!

Terrible company - ordered a coat that took ages to arrive then the zip was faulty. Very awkward to zip up and split on two occasions. Customer service were very unhelpful and eventually told me to return coat so they could review it - took ages again and then was told they’d tested the zip and it was fine so they were returning it to me In other words accused me of lying. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them - plenty of other companies out there selling the same products with professional customer service - avoid at all costs!

Ordered a jacket at the end of March and still haven't received. They refuse to refund my purchase and "Sorah" in customer service is a completely useless at their job. Save your money and buy from literally anyone else.

I ordered a coat for £264 on line. I didn’t get an acknowledgement of my order and had to check with my bank account to see if the payment had been taken from my account. The coat was delivered rolled in a ball in a piece of plastic inside a box with no invoice. I would say that the service I received from CountryAttire is the worst I have ever experienced and I would not order from this company again

I paid on line in full £124 for expensive pair of Dr Marten boots for work. Messed me about with the transaction saying further checks required and that I have to go to my Bank to verify payment details. They also wanted screenshots of the payment which is not allowed under data protection laws. This caused me to cancel the payment for a full refund due to such a ridiculous request. How was I expected to go to a Bank under strict covid rules and the Credit Card I used does not have a high street Bank facility. Never heard of this before, but just wanted to warn other potential customers to be aware at the methods countryattire are using which caused me unnecessary stress. Not professional doing business like this in my opinion and they lost my business aswell. To be fair they did refund my money straight away when I recently checked my credit card transactions, but the whole process was a waste of time

Truly awful company. Ordered a jacket for 250 euros which left the UK for Spain on January 12th. They assured me there would be no duty or taxes to pay despite the uk leaving the EU. I realised that there would so I cancelled the order. It is now February 19th and the parcel still remains at a UPS depot in Spain. Country Attire ignores all emails asking them to help. So, if you value your money, don't spend it with Country Attire....

I’m a customer of Country Attire for a long time and I was always happy with my purchases. Two years ago I bought a pair of snow boots and since I was pregnant at that that time I didn’t use them. This year due to covid situation we didn’t travel but it snowed in Athens and it was a great opportunity to finally wear them! To my great disappointment, both boots were right foot!!! I asked the customer service if there is anything we can do explaining the whole situation and that even if two years have passed the boots are brand new and it doesn’t change the fact that it is a fault product! They answered that nothing can be done and that I should have told them when I bought them. Of course this makes sense but how often does something like this happen? And how much do they care about their clients? After this experience I will never buy again.

I've ordered a zip jacket on 24th November and still didn't get!! (it is more than 60 days in transit) The support is totally useless, they are saying that I have to wait the order, but I've ordered a jacket for the winter's season, and it's already calm in my locality (I live in Israel) so better to avoid their international shipping

Having read the reviews there seems to be a theme emerging! When you send items back they claim not to have received them and as a result keep your money and you are not able to do anything. I shall be reporting you to the retail ombudsman. AVOID.

Truly awful company. Ordered 250 euro jacket on January 12th. Was assured by the useless customer service that despite the UK leaving the EU that it would arrive duty paid. It didn't. The Spanish customs seized it on the 14th and it has sat with them ever since. Country Attire have stopped answering emails (ignored my emails for the past week) so I guess I have lost 250 euros. Strongly advise everyone to buy from someone else.

purchased a Christmas gift, in November. I purchased that early, because along with that item, I purchased what was to be a birthday gift too for early December. To save on postage, I chose to purchase together. Since Christmas, we as a family came down with CV-19, so long story short, missed the returns deadline. Unfortunately they would not budge with their policy. I didn’t even want a refund, I wanted a replacement or even a credit note, but was advised to ‘sell on EBay’ I am appalled with this advise and lack of customer care in these unprecedented times. Rest assured I will not ever purchase from them again, unfortunately for them, I have purchased many items and would have continued to do so but not now. The attitude and lack of care, is very disappointing 😔
