“Ordered a suit in March 2022, they said it come in Mid April. Didn't update me, refused to pick up on customer service line after waiting 30 minutes. Only just figured out by entering details on site its been pushed back a month. If its delayed again will attempt to cancel, customer service is a joke post COVID.”
“Although the clothes etc are of good quality and at a good price they tend to hold limited stock of sizes and annoyingly I have, on two occasions - for a particular shirt and particular pair of trousers - after waiting for some months, had to purchase alternatives elsewhere.
It is most disappointing.”
