“Saw the terrible reviews, but couldn't see how a website that offered PayPal could be that bad because PayPal has a very customer-friendly refund system. Took a chance and bought a Samsonite SPECTROLITE 3.0 bag. DPD tracking was immediately activated and I could see exactly where my package was. And got in a week ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. Very happy.”

“I giving this score to be generous, because I still haven't got my vinyl yet. If it comes and its in perfect condition and nothing but being so late, I won't really have a problem. But I ordered a vinyl that was meant to come by January 24th-31st, they specified 31st was the latest. Its now February 2nd still hasn't arrived. This wouldn't be a problem but I have no tracking on this order apart from it being "dispatched", but it was dispatched around January 15-16 so this isn't very helpful. If it comes in the next week I will delete this most likely but if it doesn't, the score will go down. I ordered off amazon so this is not a review for the website. I ordered off them because they had 99% positive reviews, but in retrospect I should have looked more into it. Will keep you updated and am starting to think this a scam.”
“Saw a review saying Dodax was a site for patient cheapskates. Fine, I can wait, ordered a CD end of May '22. Received email to say it had shipped mid-June, but by the end of July nothing had arrived and I chased them up. Gave then plenty of time due to Brexit etc. Received no acknowledgement whatsoever of my email. Luckily I'd seen other people having issues so I'd paid with PayPal, opened a case with them at the end of August and they refunded me about a week later, so I guess Dodax didn't give them a satisfactory response, if any.”
“I ordered two CDs through e-bay from Dodax-uk in mid June. They've never arrived .So I've wasted £38.76. I told e-bay about the non-delivery nearly a month ago but they've closed the page due to non-activity. I don't know whether I might be able to still get a refund through e-bay's guarantee policy. This experience has never happened to me before.Avoid them like the plague.Obviously a scamming outfit.”

“Ordered a board game which was showing an image of an English box.
I have received a German version, told Dodax that their picture refers to the English version and that I had returned the game to them, asking for a refund.
The picture was updated with the German box, but I have never received a single reply to my emails/messages on facebook, apart from an automated email.
I am still expecting a reply from a genuine person, not a robot, and a full refund!

“Ordered 2 Nokia 2720 Flip phones for my grandad, when the day came i was so excited to collect these for them only to find out only 1 had arrived. I messaged the support email only to wait a few days before response to be told there wasn’t enough stock. 3 weeks has passed with not a single update or apology.
